Here’s an excellent 2012 34-minute interview of the future Pope Leo XIV by the Catholic News Service on the media and evangelization. I was struck by his Christ-centeredness and his frequent references to the Church Fathers, especially St. Augustine. His discussion on the consecrated life is particularly moving.
If Pope Leo grants any airplane interviews, they will be completely different than those to which we are accustomed.
